Public offer

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) of the Ollo online store at ollo.uz to enter into a retail purchase agreement for goods presented in the catalog.

Placing an order and paying for it constitutes the buyer’s acceptance of this Offer.

The seller is the operator of the Ollo online store in Uzbekistan. Product information (description, images, specifications, price in UZS) is published on the Store pages.

To place an order, add items to the cart, provide delivery and contact details, and confirm the order. Prices are shown in Uzbek soums (UZS) unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods available at checkout must be used. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

Delivery terms are described on the Delivery page and at checkout. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in Uzbekistan and the rules on the Customer service page.

We may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on ollo.uz. Orders placed before changes remain subject to the version in effect at the time of order.
