Donya is a premium-grade refined and deodorized cottonseed oil intended for a variety of cooking applications.

Cottonseed oil is traditionally used in Central Asian cuisine and is particularly suitable for preparing plov. It can also be used for frying, deep-frying, baking, dough-based dishes, vegetable dishes and salads.

During refining, impurities are removed from the oil, while deodorization reduces the characteristic aroma of cottonseed oil. The finished product has a clear amber appearance.

At lower temperatures, cottonseed oil may naturally become cloudy or develop sediment. As the temperature rises, the oil becomes clear again. This natural behavior does not by itself indicate deterioration in product quality.
